nismo 555cc fuel pressure?

I was wondering if its safe to run these injectors at 36psi. reason im asking i because i had to add an adjustable FPR because i was running at 43psi running and 46psi at wot. and it was running rich at idle when it was at 43psi. i was reading 12.4-12.8 on the wideband and when i adjusted it to 36psi i was at 13.8-14.

at 43psi it was 12.4-12.8 idle and hitting 10 at wotat 36psi it was 13.8-14 at idle and hitting 12.3ish at wot
