Wait to see if we can get a gb for xmas because i want the same thing from my gf. lol Im tryin to get stillen to do this. Well see what happensOttawaCoupe wrote:All right well i made a few phone calls, and these wheels will def. fit without any problems, even with the drop. So i just purchased them and should be arriving in about a month (from the U.S.).
I won't be mounting until next spring though, as winter is approaching (that's what the stocks are for, lol).
Next mod will be the black front splitter from stillen...maybe a xmas gift from the gf, ahhaha.
I'll post some pics when they arrive.
Thanks guys!!
reverse staggering? wtf?NYblkcoupe wrote:Mine are 225/55R18 rear and the fronts are 245/55R18, i don't know if those are the numbers you need or not. Im not to good with the numbers.
I know…. I know…. but some are concerned with getting as much traction from the wheels pulling as possible. I'd argue tire compound over width any day but if you have a set of staggered, I guess it makes sense to run them that way.marlin29311 wrote:

I also just noticed that those heights are not the same, nor are they anywhere near the stock heights of the altima....noooooooot goodmarlin29311 wrote:

You're right, i called my friend who's a mechanic at Nissan, (talked to the parts guy this morning...pffft what does he know, ) and the optimum offset range for our coupe is 35 to 45, and wheel size is 16x7.0 to 20x8.5. I cancelled my order ....and the hunt continues. Thanks Robs_altima...i owe you aRobs_altima wrote:You're going to put an 8.5" wheel with a +25 offset on a coupe.... Not smart at all. You need to do a little more research before you do this. The G35 & G37 wheels come stock with +35 offsets, the 350Z wheels are NOT the same as a G. You're going to be another 10mm past the fender. I'm 99.9% positive you're going to have to roll the fenders. I'm running a +34 offset on an 8.5 and it's real flush. I don't know who you called but even guys setting up their cars for shows running 9.5" wide wheels try to stay in between +35 and 40mm offsets.
I'm sorry I didn't catch this post sooner otherwise I would have posted up. Just trying to look out for you but it is again still just my opinion based off of measurements and current setup. Love the wheels, if you get them just modify the fenders. They're going to stick out so I'm pretty interested in seeing the pictures.
Why would i put them on the rear that would be dumb it makes more sense to just put them on the front.marlin29311 wrote:

I use to have those and they are nice wheels for the money. In my opinion, the offset isn't aggressive enough. They tuck in the wheel well to much when the car is dropped.OttawaCoupe wrote:What about these? lol

One could argue why get staggered at all….. Unless of course you got a great deal and had to pick them up, makes sense.NYblkcoupe wrote:
