That sir is the good old air conditioner/radiator dripping water. That is very common with cars, regardless the make/model/year. Just curious is this your first vehicle?

So I noticed this on my 2018 Rogue Hybrid. The dealership says it is normal. No this isn't my first car, but its my first car to do this. I've owned 4 Pontiac's, 3 Fords, a Mini Cooper and now this Rogue. None of them left a puddle of water.

It is normal. Maybe you've just never noticed before? Every vehicle I've own for the past 40 odd years has done this. The size of the puddle can vary due to variances in temperature and humidity.

Yup the ac leaves a puddle. If you’d rather not have a puddle that can be avoided by just not using the ac. The rogue is different than any other vehicle I’ve owned in that almost anytime I manipulate the climate controls the ac come on even in winter. I think it’s used as a dehumidifier in addition to cooling.
Also the sunroof drains will come down to the wheel well area but that doesn’t sound like your issue.
