What year maxima do you have? For the most part you should be able to fit everything under the stock grills. From what I remember the tweeter cups are kind of big but if you have black door panels or factory tweeter locations you shouldn't have a problem. Oh almost forgot they are pretty deep and may need spacers but the magnet covers also come off if just a little more will make a difference.

Everything should install under the factory panels except for the rear tweeters, so outwardly you wouldn't notice anything different. In the back I'd keep the tweeters mounted down low so they won't distract from the front imaging.

I have a makeshift component setup for my car. I was an installer for a long time and worked with a lot of the Polk stuff.

Not too bad but yeah a little more work. I don't know if you can bring the 5250's back and get a set of 650's because it will be less work and sound just as good because the rear separates won't make a huge difference anyway.

i order from crutchfield. i enter my car information.. and it says that 6500 will not fit the rear only the front.. so that is why i went with those. they were the same price

6.5's will fit back there. The main point though was to return the component set and get the equivalent coaxial set for the rear to make install easier. You wouldn't even notice a difference in sound quality.

got the rear installed except for the tweeters need a hole saw to drill on the panel..

for the front should i put the new tweeters where the old tweeters are located or should i have them on the door panel..

i kinda want it on the panel but if it can fit where the stock tweeters located then cool
