well i went to the local drag strip tonight, i turned a consistent 15.2 at 94 mph, 2.2 60 ft and a 9.8 1/8 mi. time. stock tires, boosting 10psi, wheel hoppin like a *****. any pointers to drop my time? Mods in signature, i know i should be running faster.

wow, i'm sorry but that time blows. Maybe practice your launch and driving skills. I ran a 15.9 with a stock ka24de, only mod was an injen intake and obx muffler. You got a turbo motor, and only ran a 15.2, that sucks.

yea 15.2 is a bit weak.... I ran 14.1 @ 100 on a totally stock SR other than exhuast and 12 psi with side mount intercooler and with the open diff. Yea my 60s blew monkey balls. I should have been running 13.8 @ 101

Umm did you miss gears or something? Or where do you live high altitude may have something to do with it.

If not you might want to work on shifting faster and getting that SR checked out sounds like your not making the power you should be.

Yeah altitude has alot to do with 1/4mile times..A friend of mine has a 91 240 with the ka and he went to florida and ran his car there, and ran a 15.8 and came back in the very same car and ran it over here in Albuquerque 5000ft above..And ran a 16.8 with a much lower top speed..Same with my other friends FD Rx7 a second differents in the 1/4mile time. 5000Ft is pretty damn high up..

found the problems, the electrodes on the spark plugs were bent over a little and they were gapped to wide, got new plugs, the main ground for the coil packs was off, grounded it, and the BOV was leaking at high boost, tightened it, now it pulls great to redline, going to do a boost leak test next week sometime hopefully.
