Hi everyone!
I'm somewhat new to Nico and I just ran into this part of the forum.
I think it would be cool to have NicoNaut eBayer discussion thread.
I'm currently doing about $15,000 in eBay sales per month selling used OEM auto parts, mostly consisting of wheels and tires. I've been using Auction Wizard 2000 for my listing software but have been somewhat un-impressed with it, so I'm switching to AuctionSound.com which is a complete inventory management and listing web site. It is only $49 per month for those who list less than 60 items per month. (DISCLAIMER: I am not associated with Auction Sound in any way but a satisfied user only)
EBay has recently changed their feedback rules (as I'm sure many have noticed) to favor eBay buyers and to piss off eBay sellers. Sellers can no longer leave negative ratings for buyers; however they can receive negative ratings from buyers. Within 1 week of this new rule my perfectly clean record of 100% positive feedback was tarnished by 2 negative feedbacks. 1 of them was an accident, but eBay refused to remove it even upon request of the buyer who left it. And the other didn't read the item description and left me a negative. I resolved the issue with the buyer, and again eBay refused to remove it even upon the request of the buyer.
I've read reports that eBay is going to be doing away with 3'rd party checkout companies (such as Bid Pay and others) besides PayPal (which is owned by eBay). This won't much effect me but it will affect others.
Discuss: Pros, Cons, and anything else discussion worthy about your eBay sales. Also if you have any questions post them here and I'll try to find you answers.
Cheers
