*note* also, as it gets closer to the time that you all are leaving, it would probably help out a lot to send emails to everyone and request their phone numbers. That way, if you're gonna be leading the pack, you can call each person that should be meeting, and find out if someone's running late or simply decided not to go, etc. that way, once the head count is good, you aren't sitting around waiting unneccesarily for someone that changhed their mind! Looks like you all are gonna have a great time!

I personally only really play halo3 but would be more than happy to play MW2 if something else wants to bring it... Just bring any games you want to play I have plenty of controllers. I dont know if we want to get to wasted that night just cause of the drive and im sure we will get wasted in Carsile but lets plan on a good night!!!!!

a good idea may be to wash your car thorughly when you get to V (or MD) at one of the self car washes, but have one person bring a bottle of spray detailer and some microfiber rags for touch up the miorning of the event ... ahh, I wish this trip was shorter, but at least I will get some good distance from home... I was also thinking that our cars are probably gonna get a nice coat of dirt on them from the drive... gonna have to factor in a way to get car clean between getting there and leaving for MD.....

Stace, I start my Emergency medicine rotation on Monday, and that's when we meet to make our schedules up for the next 5 weeks... so I'm shooting for the 7th and 8th off, or I'll at least try and work the night shift or do an ambulance ride Thursday night so that I'm done Friday morning... yessir, I can't wait to finally meet you all ....I had to schedule a double shift (which is undeniably painful in emergency medicine) to get these days off, but hopefully it'll be worth it....
