alright guys and girls i was thinking, i make etched glass merrors for family members and friends and as i nice thing for Xmas i thought i would make a special ed. NICO etched glass merror that will be givin away to whoever wins it (i need your help on figuring out how to pick a winner and what you would need to do to enter) or if you guys would even want it.. but here is what one of them looks like, this is a palm tree i made a few weeks back..

yeah that sounds like a great idea, but are you talking about a raffle type deal? or like an award for maybe someone who has been the most hopeful of the year?
if you were talking like a raffle, we would have to find a fair way to do it, and there would have to be requirements like more than a certain amount of posts etc. get what i mean? it would be kindof hard to throw every member on NICOs name in a hat..
but for an award or something someone could be nominated for being helpful, contributing member of nico etc.

well no money would be involved in this deal, but i think it would be a good idea to come up with a catigory (bah i cant spell tonight) that we could all vote on and choose the person, or get the top 5 - 10 people and then put their name in a hat or somthing and ill pull the name out.. just so no ones feelings are hurt by "oh everyone likes him" blah blah.. but ya that sounds good let the board deside who gets it 
ill cut out the design tonight, anyone have a big pic of the nico logo? the merror is 12" x 12" so it needs to be around that size (tid bit smaller accully..)

Hmm... it'd be cool to do it based on mods (car mods, though the Mods could decide the winner), but that would make it unfair for those of us with stock or near-stock cars, and I doubt you'd want to make multiple categories and do like 3 mirrors... just my $.02... if you did decide it would be cool to set it up, you could have like... I dunno.. break it up to best FWD, best RWD, best 240 (since they're the most common), best Infiniti, best Datsun OR set it up for like... best car w/ less than 3 mods (something like i/h/e or less), best car with moderate modification (i/h/e, ecu, susp., maybe rims and bodywork), and then best heavily modded-car (swaps, turbos, or Skylines, cause anyone with a Skyline must be cheating!)... I dunno, that'd be cool but I realize that it would be an annoyance to do multiple mirrors, and it makes it less exclusive. It would probably be best to do it based on Mods (or popular opinion) as to who is the best contributor on the boards...
edit: I notice the initial voting has begun, so I guess we can forget the ideas, what are we voting based on anyway? The thread is a bit vague...

im just gonna base it on who you think is most deserving, you can vote whoever you want, friday i will nerrow it down to a few people (unless one person gets like 80+% of the votes) then everyone will vote on thos few people, the person you all pick will be the winner, i feel that is the easy-est way for it to work, the mods is a good idea but i would have to look at every persons car and what mods they have and that would take forever
