Welcome to the board, i'm sure you'll find that almost every question you may have can be found through the search button, and if not there are quite a few people who can help you out...

Unfortunately most of them are boozers and you'll have to catch them between their hangover and early morning shots, to get a repsonse that make any sence.

I dont even understand how someone can get banned... this place was pretty leanient on me back in the day. I remeber recieving a few e-mails, and even a phone call from Freddy... but i never got banned...

If you get banned as far as i'm concerned you shouldn't be allowed back...

I still think Zilvia is one of the leading (if not the leading) 240SX-specific resources. Very organized classifieds section (separate FS and WTB sections), solid forum rules, feedback forum, installs section, and something most 240SX forums dont have: a highly organized product reviews section, a section vital for the most modified and aftermarket-oriented Nissan vehicle in America.

Maybe its just that I had a bad experience with Zilvia when I first went there. I was shopping for my car and posted in a For Sale thread asking if the guy was willing to come down on the price a little and to email me. I got a response from the mod that I didn't deserve the car and to stop trying to lowball the guy and then he went on to explain that I am the scum of the earth and am not worthy of this and that. He was more anal than yeswepromise!

The reaction was a bit extreme and personal, but i agree that classified ads on forums should not be open for discussion. It is one thing to disagree with a seller's price, but an entirely different matter to express it publicly. Private business should be dealt in private.

I'm in no position to preach, but it was unethical of you to publicly imply the price was too high, just as it was wrong of moderators to personally attack you in that manner.

I don't know My only problem with zilvia is it isn't quite as laid back as Nico is. Also I enjoy having other Nissan owners to chat with other than just the 240sx. For 240sx only though they are really good.

im with skwerel.. for hard core [and a bit anal] 240-sx discussion Zilvia's pretty good about it. but i like kickin it here with the NICO-addicts cuz we have much more interesting and useless conversations and its just more fun that way. :thumbup

this place has changed slightly for the better since the old format. i'll give it that. although, having a thread on how one forum is better than another doesn't help.

my 2 cents, FA is still my favorite.
