So, I took it upon myself and become a new fledged member of the other growing Nico's club. Last year I made a post about needing help on picking my new car right here: zer...age=2

Had a lot of good suggestions and the result actually surprised myself. I didn't exactly pick any of the cars suggested by the members so I failed there, but, I did pick one of the manufacturers that were discussed.

So with no further ado here is my new ride:

I didn't use a good camera and it was cold as hell so they came out a little blurry cause I was shaking.

Will use a much better camera tomorrow and give you guys some more pics if you would like.

Can I get a high five??!!

Well you might as well call me crazy like everybody else does. But I like the look of the 4-door better for some reason. Can't quite put my finger on it but there is just something how the trunk and the quarter panel comes together on that car. Plus the sedan is shorter than the coupe by 2 inches.

why not get a 4 door. more room to pack in the hookers.

Edit: nice car, is it a stick or auto or SMG?

Yep. These are the length dimensions of both cars.

Coupe: 181.1 in (4,600 mm)Sedan: 178.2 in (4,526 mm)

The Sedan is around 22lbs heavier and the coupe

Yeah

Nice car. And +1 for not getting the wuss version. Why people buy 328s and M35s and the like is beyond my comprehension.

Stupid hotlinks. Works fine for me. It's a Ferrari 456 Venice wagon.

I must be crazy too. I also like the looks of the 4 door, for the reasons you listed. I'm looking for a good condition E36 ATM a sedan M would be perfect! But I'll settle for a 328.

hope you got a warranty....i was driving my brother in laws 3 series this weekend and i was going through the drivethru at a wendys and i was going to open the drivers window but bmw makes the controls all the way down at the end so i accidentally opened the rear drivers window but it wouldn't go back up i had to go to the back door and prayed that it would put the window back up and it did...

the bad thing is when he bought the car it already went bad once and he had that window motor replaced not too long ago...he's also had quite a few other issues with the car and it's an 09...

but other than that congrats my friend! great car!

Yeah it's got warranty till 2013. I've read up on problems, overall they're not bad. One thing that I know will fail for sure is the fuel pump, but all the other problems are just random like all the other cars in this class.
