My friend Jess has made it to the finals of the World Bartender Championship numerous times in Vegas and other places around the world. She has never won, but has placed in the top 5 a few times and second place was her highest finish. The things that they do in these competitions are ridiculous (picture the bottle and glass stunts from the movie Cocktail x eleventybillion) So my friends and I are just trying to get her there again to see if she can actually win this time.

Thank you guys. And yeah, I had never seen that video, but some of the stuff that she pulls off is amazing. She bartends at Fridays as well as one of my favorite local hole-in-the-wall bars.
