Athena is only let off her line when she's on our property. She is never to leave my sight either. She gets called back if I feel she has wandered too far away from me. She automatically gets hooked if anyone comes walking up the street. People who can't control their dogs shouldn't be letting them wander at large.

i let my dog run free around the yard, but it's fenced in so there's nothing to worry about. plus it's beg enough that he can run as fast as he wants to. but that situation had my blood boiling for quite some time even after it was over. either you have control over your dog, or you tie it up. when we go for our walks, he won't even acknowledge other dogs unless they come up to him. he knows to just walk and mind his business.

Everyone is! And thats what makes things all the funnier to me. When a joke gets beaten into the ground so much that it becomes unbearable to listen to........that is when it reaches its full hilarity potential in my mind.
