Haha no worries

No the black isn't stitched its actually the hoodie itself

What about having a patch made as far as cost is concerned...

If we can get a nice sized nico patch made, then we can sew it onto whatever we like... I am thinking about multiple product types, with minimum cost laid out...

We/you could put the patch on a hoodie, jacket, jersey etc... without being limited to what "brand" etc...

Someones huge, wants something different... whatever, just stitch it on the product of choice! We can use alibaba or other online places for china sourcing for the best pricing...

Thoughts?

adidas zip hoodie sale... under $20 beans

^ Thats a great idea but, I think it may be a better money maker if you supply the hoodie too. Its also more convenient. I imagine if we could choose hoodie style, color, zipped or unzipped, size, and whatever patch or picture is available from a 'customize it yourself!' page. Would it cost more to allow more options to choose from, or would it just be cheaper and simpler to order many of the same? Nico could get more of step 3 if there was a merchandise page to post those damned lanyards and other boxes of shirts all in one page.

Just a thought :)

All would depend on the logo design, I have not been a fan of most of the past t-shirt designs.

And zippered only, with good quality zippers. Something that would last more than a year or two and not have one stupid tooth come off making the whole thing useless.

Patches curl if not done properly, I think... I have some patches that ive put on a nissan mechanic shirt that dont curl...

Also i think about some gap hoodies that my wife has that the "gap" is across the front and it is a multi layer patch that doesnt curl...

I'd drop $45-50 on a nice pullover hoodie. Just have the nico emblem on the chest, no need to overdo it..

Hey nissangirl74! I'm new to this site and I would like to offer my services. I'm a screen printer, embroiderer, and graphic designer. If your looking for good deals on hoodies or any other printable apparel please let me know. We do all of our work in house and I do majority of the printing. We also have a laser engraving machine that can cut custom badges and engrave on them at the same time. If you would like to see samples of anything I've mentioned I would be glad to do it in my spare time. Please let me know if I can be of any help.

Thanks, I appreciate that. I'll entertain offers from anyone. Whoever makes me the best deal combined with the best quality and best price gets the order.

Guys, I am going to be slammed for the next couple of weeks for school but please keep this thread updated. I plan to place an order in the next couple of weeks. I know I'm doing this bassackwards and we'll be ordering Hoodies at the onset of warmer weather but hopefully that means we get a better deal.

I got my boss to whip you up some quotes on two different styles of zip up hoodies and non zip ups. If you would like to look at the hoodies here is a site to one of our vendors http://www.thecorporatechoice.com/ In the quick search field just type in G187. These are vintage type zip up hoodies. Non-vintage G186. And regular hoodies are G185. Once it pulls up the style you can go to view gallery for color variations. I think the vintage style are coolest but they're very expensive. The cheapest hoodies would obviously be non zip up. If you give me your email I will send you the quotes in pdf file. Also if you would like to take a look at some of our work check out http://www.roushyatesparts.com/Apparel-s/4.htm we did all of their screen printing and embroidery. By the way here is our website http://www.lknprints.com/ we are located in Race City USA and we do allot of race team apparel and are currently doing all of Chip Ganassi Racing apparel for INDIANAPOLIS 500 so our quality of work is some of the best. Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks!

I dont think Gildan is what most people who replied are looking for. They are rather "entry" level and lightweight (as Im sure you know). We need a nice heavy 12oz or something like that.

Are you ASI or PPAI affiliated? Im always looking for new vendors.

I'll see how much 12oz zip ups will cost. We are just a print shop not vendor. I do most of the printing and embroidery and anything sales related I'll have to check with my sales associate. Right now for what I mentioned a 4 color process on vintage hoodies would stand at 12 hoodies for $33.12 piece one color 12 hoodies for $25.37 a piece. Non zip up one color process 12 hoodies for $20.68 a piece. The more you get the cheaper per unit it will be. I imagine 12Oz zip up hoodies compared to the 7.75Oz will be much more expensive and I'll get back to you on that.

I just read the entire thread on hoodies. Tough croud! By the time everyone  agrees on a style it'll be too warm for hoodies:) Seems that  style & cost seem to be the big issue. Depending on how the moderator wants to handle this I can work with individual  needs as long as the logo is the same on all hoodies and a total of 12 or more hoodies is ordered. In the grand scheme of things if we narrow it down to one hoody style regardless of color then it'll be a faster turn around time.  As far as logo and location keeping it simple would be best for now. I think an embroided NICO club logo on left chest and full back screen printed NICO club logo like on the banner.

We're not a distributor. Just a member of ASI. Sorry I didn't make that any clearer. I'm just a printer and somewhat in the dark about certain aspects of our company. If you have any more questions check out or website or call us. My name is Kamil and you can find our contact info on our site.

If you are a member of ASI you have to be a distributor, a vendor of hard goods, or a decorator of hard goods. I searched your ASI number in all the fields and you didnt turn up. Ill try again using LKN Prints.

Boss man says you don't have to be. Too expensive to be on there or something. You can be a member and not a vendor to look up vendors. I guess that's what he does when we need speciality items for our customers. Wish I can tell you more. Your more then welcome to call our shop if you need specifics or service in relation to your agenda. Untill then I'm just relaying the info.
