nico help me with my s14 clutch

hi everyone! well here is the situation, my car was accidentally on 1st and ask a friend to start it up for me, he is not familiar with clutch but know how to start it up. As he went about to start it up the car jumped and stalled. As i took it out to drive i couldn't feel my clutch feels more higher then normal. usually i feel it engaging around the halfway mark. Any help would be appreciated thanks!
