NICO has a security breach

I think NICO has an information leak. I got a spam email today and it says she got my email address from NICO. I have it set to private. So, either NICO has a mole or the server has been hacked. Her's a copy and paste of the email.

Update: I found that my email was not set to private under the User Control Panel. So, I guess someone has created a bogus NICO account and is using it and NICO for spam.
