Driving to the Kitchener-Waterloo area on business, I noticed a vibration on the right side of the car, so I decided to look for a local dealer to have it checked out. It turned out the closest was about 20km away in Guelph, so I am posting this from Guelph Infiniti.
The Customer Waiting Area in this dealership is better than anything I've ever seen! Not only do they have single-cup-brew-on-demand gourmet coffee & a bank of comfy chairs with a widescreen TV, but they have a wraparound counter/desk area where you can get some work done, complete with a couple of wireless Internet-connected laptops for customer use - I'm typing on one now!
I was also amused to see that NICO's FX forum was bookmarked in the browser of the laptop. So, if any of you members think dealers don't see what's being posted on NICO, think again!!
Anyway, props to Guelph Nissan/Infiniti if anyone is reading this!!!

I'm game I'll do that at the ones I go to as well as my own.
A while back I got a box of Nico shwag, and I went on a campaign of hawking and actually recieved a very positive return and have noticed many of the people I have met are active members now. I have actually given out many of the cards that came with the box too, to the point where I need to get replacements.
Driver has nothing on Nico and I refer people here all the time when considering purchasing a new car or modifying them in any way. This is a great medium for sharing information and the company has only started to realize this. I would recommend everyone learn the most about one of their expensive investments and I would like to see everyone enjoy their vehicles and receive fair and adequate treatment in post purchase support.
