Marty - Is there anythign I can do to find out more about my exhaust??? Supposedly it was in country and through customs and was going to be shipped - however the hurricane hit and since then i've had NO response whatsoever about the parts...

I paid through Paypal, but I'm afraid I may have gotten the shaft on this one....however paypal should have a policy on stuff never sold or delivered????

Any help would be appreicated...I have all emails and all info from him regarding the sale too....

Hey all: To those still waiting on stuff from SDR, I'd like you all to please file a complaint through Paypal over your purchase.

I recently did, and they informed me that since it's outside a 45 day window that I can't get any money from them unless more are filed.

I'll be creating another thread about this above.

How many have already filed a complaint?I just did and was told that I am over the 45 day window, but on the phone PayPal Germany also told me that if he get´s enough complaints his account will be disabled and they will take care...let´s hope the best, he owes me 1890 Dollar

How did you reach him?What way will he make everything better, has he promised to send out the stuff everybody bought from him?Since you´re his supplier and you seem to be back in business with him, could you deliver what he missed until now (and get the money from him)?

I reached him on his cell phone. No i can not send out product that is not paid for. He told me he would make everything good. We will see. I am sure he will.

i did not mean you should send out stuff that is not paid for, but if he hasn´t got the EMS now from you, he could give you my money before you send it to him to "forward" it, you know?I ordered on 15th of August so I´m a bit impatient now...
