Tempting, any advantage to this over the nistune ecu? Beside being half the price.

I assume the 4 position switch is all the changes that can be made, would it even work on my 1995?

Not sure but your 95 is an ODBI or ODBII car? This is for ODBI car. Don't know what a nistune ecu is.
