I purchased this item and immediately realized I had made a mistake. I tried the company's website and his Ebay page but there was no phone number to be found so I had no choice but to send him a Email to the website as well as an Ebay message to the seller. I sent an Ebay message to the seller alerting him to cancel the order give me a full refund (except the Ebay fees). His email "policy" is that the seller will return my email between 24-48 hours. By the time he got back to me, the item was shipped.

Now the seller wants me to pay for shipping as well as restocking fee (20%). At this point I am willing to only pay for shipping.

Am I being unreasonable?

you should have called your CC company and put a hold the charge. he wouldnt have shipped it then. But you arent being unreasonable, he should have got back in touch with you.

He should have gotten back to you sooner. Was there anything saying that the seller would get back to the buyer with a period of time?

I hope you get this sorted out.

Your 100% right. I didn't think of that at the time.
