- on the lift right now! 2 guides were sitting on the bottom of the cover. I think we got it just in time. Also ran a can of quick clean through her just for good measure. 186k and still going.... hope to join the 200k club sometime next year.Any chance we could get badges made from Infiniti?

Naahh, they want all the Q45 off the road. New regimes must eliminate history of preceding ones.

Be sure to reassemble shattered guides, and if anything is missing, drop the oil pan. Especially fine shavings alone can clog the oil pump inlet screen and starve the engine. All the of each old guide must be present wehn changed.

Agreed, at LEAST check oil pressure and do a envirolution backflush..

All but 3 very small pieces are accounted for. Since they are so small, (5mm max) I'm not going to sweat it.

Where would the closest place be that does the envirolution backflush?I'm in central Illinois. Back to the dealer in St. Louis?

call around to various dealers, i had one done at a nissan dealer...

Theres a few other ones besides envirolution (names escape me) but theyre all roughly the same.
