Just peed off as I once again got "nickelled and dimed" at the dealer. Looked at my first service bill and saw that I was charged for window washer fluid. The previous day I filled it up, actually overfilled in order to place the container in the recycle bin. So when I saw I was charged for doing "NOTHING" I got a refund ... which looked like it was transferred to what is called "shop supplies" Well it is no wonder people still, as I will, do their own oil changes etc.
The name of the dealership is Morrey Nissan. I was a failhful customer for over ten years but I just hated being "nickelled and dimed" Wouldn't it be nice to see on the bill for washer fluid ... NO Charge fill. For me goodwill and service is everything. Goodbye Morrey.

I totally hear you on the goodwill and good customer service. Yeah I fond that going to the dealer just isnt worth it when it is something you can do yourself. I have free oil changes as long as I do the regular scheduled maintenence. The only thing bad about it is that thye didnt do anything else. No checking the tire pressure to tell me it was low, and no filling of the washer fluid. I think I am just going to eat the cost of the oil changes and do the maintenence on my own.

You may have got 'nickel and dimed' but i got pwned. My dealer ripped me off bad for parts and labor that should have been under warranty.
