These are the rims I've been eyeing. Funny how the car happens to be an M45.

I like #2 better, #1 is too busy.

What are the screws/nuts in the wheels? Do they serve a purpose? Or just for looks.

I wonder if you can remove them or swap them out for tire balance purposes?!?

Because it's a two-piece wheel, those rivets hold the spokes to the machined lip. It's a forged wheel so extra strong.

that m45 must be the ugliest new car I've laid eyes on in a long time.

In fact, it is the ugliest car I've seen since the thunderbird reissue.

NOOOOOOO!

The M (IMO) is the best looking car to come out since the early Q and the 2nd-gen Legend. That 1st pic is incredible... I'm in love. That grille... Why, oh why didn't Infiniti use THAT grille? Mmmmmmm.

I first thought the "M" was ugly too. That was until I visited the dealer about a week ago to test drive a G35 coupe.

After driving the coupe (which was a blast by the way... almost impossible to fool the traction control into letting the tires break loose), I got to check out an M45. When you're standing in front of one, it's not a bad looking vehicle...still not the prettiest but has an understated kind of "classy" look to it. Talk about a sleeper!

One more thing... the G35 is an impressive vehicle. I happened to get the kind of salesman who didn't mind if I went crazy in a parking lot. It had loads of power and stated to have 2 more horses than the Q... but it didn't have the torquey brute-force of my 90Q which was built in early 89'. I'm positive that if both are doing highway speeds, the Q would walk away from the G without too much of a problem. Just wish my Q handled like a G35.

I think the M45 is the nicest looking sedan Infiniti has designed.

The ugliest car of all time award belongs to this car:

I must say that the M45 is the bomb-diggety. I like the first of the two above the best myself.

On a side note, I was on my way to work yesterday and saw an M45 and G35 coupe in the same intersection at the same time. Almost wrecked because my brain didn't know which way to look.

I like the M45 but I'm biased...I've always wanted a Japanese Cadillac. There are about 3-4 of them at the local lot, thousands of G35s, 1-2 G35 coupes, a hand full of I35s and a 350Z. Notice anything missing?? The Damned flagship Q45 is not on the lot and has't been represented for months.

According to the guys at Scottsdale Infiniti, the M is gonna KILL the Q in sales, and Infiniti's brass is cool with that. Some recent Q buyers are actually PISSED that... "no one told them the M was coming". Now they want outta their Q's and into the M.

That's funny Repo - On my way home from work yesterday I blew past a Gcoupe and an M. Slowed down for a second look at both - The G coupe looks SO SWEET.
