NGKr r7119-7??????

So like the topic says, i was doing a tune up on my sr today, and when i pulled the spark plugs i noticed they looked nothing like any spark plug ive seen. The electrode sits flush with the end of the threads not sticking out like normal plugs. Ive searched ngk and google for what applications these plugs are for but cant find any info. So if anyone could elaborate or find anything else please let me know. Plugs are NGK R r7119-7

Those are NGK racing plugs that cost over $30 a piece. They are a fine wire iridium plug that NISMO recommends in the GT-R. At least that is what I read elsewhere.
