NGK Spark Plugs

I ordered these spark plugs on Amazon before I saw Nissan recommending something else, will they work or not? I could return them to Amazon if need be!

What I ordered: NGK 4469 Iridium IX Spark Plugs LFR5AIX-11
What's recommended by Nissan: NGK 6240 Laser Platinum Spark Plugs PLFR5A-11

Will they work? Yes. Essentially the IX plugs are single precious metal electrode while the Laser is double. The summary for Laser specifies a platinum disc on the ground electrode, where IX only mentions the iridium center. Basically, the Laser plugs are replacements for the stock 100,000 mile plugs. The IX is a cheaper alternative that may not last as long.
