if they are iridium DO NOT GAP THEM. The electrode is so weak it will bend and you will ruin the plugs. the Vpowered ones have to be gapped.

yes this is true and not true. they come gapped but not to what you want or need most likely. you can/need to gap them but he is right, if you arent very very careful you will break the tip off....i only broke one out of my set so just be very very careful.

aren't 5's to hot. I think you're supposed to use BKR6 EX-11 and gapped to .030

I ran the 5's for a good yr or two and even now and then with no issues. The BKR6E's actually come pregapped from .30-.33

thats what I was told to, but they come pre-gapped to .040 and thats to wide off a gap. They need to be gapped at .030

The NKG plugs you guys are taking about are pre gapped..Just look in the part# The 11 at the end of the part# means its pre gapped to .042-.044..The right spark plug gap for a sr20det is .036 which is a 9 in a NGK spark plug part #..So if your running *****-11's Then YES you must re gap them to the right specs...The only NKG spark plugs that do not come pre gapped are the ones with no number at the end of the part#..
