Next up? 500 Billion Omnibus spending

So, looks like next week will be another 500 billion in omnibus spending. As of today, it seems the majority of Dems have not seen nor read the bill and the Republicans requested to see it two weeks ago yet Pelosi and gang have not responded to them at all. Republicans have further asked that the bill be posted online for the American people to be able to review, but again, "no joy" from the Democrats.

Partisan politics, indeed.

Seems there is a rider in the bill that was put in by Rep. Jim Clyburn (D-S.C.) would allow for a state legislature to accept the federal funding should a governor reject it, "thus overriding state laws and constitutions in manner that probably violates the U.S. Constitution".

Further, I find this to be normal: "Clyburn suggested at a roundtable discussion in Columbia that these governors oppose the so-called stimulus spending because they don’t like black people"

I am curious as to why people are surprised by the activity recently. Did they really think the government gave a s***? Obama better rein in his posse because he will pay politically for their antics. I see he is starting to figure that out. Maybe if he had SOME ACTUAL FRIGGIN EXPERIENCE AND WASN'T JUST SOME SMOOTH TALKER WITH A CATCHPHRASE LIKE I SAID HE WAS he wouldn't have to learn such basic lessons during on the job training.

Those claiming Obama would reach across the table to the Republicans sure swallowed a load of goods (as the rest of us expected). The exact opposite is happening as they feel they have the majority in the House and the three RINO's in the Senate who will do anything they can to carry Sir Pelosi's crown.
