Okay, so I'm slowly figuring things out. I have worked out the audio stuff to my satisfaction. Now I need a phone recommendation. I am using a Motorola Backflip. I know, for as far as smart phones go, it's a little dated. My problem is that it continually connects and disconnects when paired. It is very aggravating to say the least. I'm not sure if I have phone problem, a Bluetooth problem or comparability issue. I'm guessing it has something to do with the age of the phone as well as a comparability issue.

So, what seems to be the best smart phone to use with the Infiniti system? RIM, Motorola, Apple, HTC? Any suggestion is welcome.

Many people are having food luck with most newer driods. Apple has had a history of connection issues for some time now.

You should see if you can update the software on your phone. Many modern phones have the ability to update their operating software via an over the air file download.

Good luck with the hunt.

Just an FYI, I picked up a Motorola Flipside. It is listed on the Infiniti site as a phone in testing. It appears to work perfectly! Fits in the USB area just fine along with my iPod and the lid closes just fine.
