I have a 153k miles 2008 Nissan Altima (Automatic-CVT) 2.5 that I am thinking about to change.
Due to my budget, I am looking for 2004-2006 Titan or 350z, around 120k miles.
As a 27 year old who is single and doesn't have family (they don't live with me), it's hard to chose.
Driving Nissan Titan, it suits the Texas style, it crosses flood(Houston floods 5 times a year) I can help people move or tow something, I can keep the Titan for my future family, but speed is electronically limited to 115 mph.
Notice that other brand trucks as limited to 100~105 mph. I hit 100+mph often.
Driving Nissan 350z, I can drive up to 155 mph I heard, and saves gas compared to the Titan. But it will be me and my Z, traveling alone as there isn't second row of seats.
According to my driving, 75% city 25% highway, and the current gas price, 350z saves $500/year compared to Titan.
Not sure which one is more reliable and cheaper for maintenance, as both of them have U-Joints. Also the depreciation value around $8000 of both cars are probably the same.
People, do you have suggestions regarding these two? I am also considering a 2005 Mustang V8 which saves even more gas. Thanks!
