Next 240

Dont get my wrong because i love the 240. But since all of the magazines have started covering them and ricers have started liking them i have sort of lost interest. I wanted one when people didnt know what they were and didnt know what drifting was. But now everyone asks me if i drift and if im gonna put in an sr20 and it pisses me off. What do you guys see as being the next platform the has great performance, but without the attached riceability factor? like i said dont get me wrong though its not like a 240 is anywhere close to a civic, "teg" or eclipse, but i just want something a little more original.

who gives a **** what ricers like and dont like ... they mean absolutely nothing to me and do not effect my life atall.... infact who cares if they ask if their is an SR in there... just tell them yes its a new production model that is a V8 .. rotary on one side and pistons on the other....

Yeah do not let the ricers change your mind about a great car, they will never appreciate or truly understand the 240 like we do.

These threads seem to pop up every 3 days. We should simply make one big "***** about ricers who piss us off and make us want to sell our cars" thred. That way we can consolidate all these threads that appear. I can't say I haven't got annoyed but enough is enough. Just look at the hard core civics and Tegs or DSM's they didn't leave their car when It got popular why should we? :batman

exactly it took me way to long to get the car (4 years after wanting one) I dont give two ****s about the newly gain intrest. hell I wouldnt mind people thinging I'm a newbie band wagon guy. all the better for hustling wanna be racers

I feel ya man... I'm just greatful that our cars are hard to find down here in S.A. As for the next platform... I'm leaning towards an MR-2 turbo as the next great car. Maybe an FC...
