Check your manufacture date on your door plate. If your Versa was built ON or AFTER December 1, 2006, please post in this thread.

Please post two things:

1) your vehicle's exact build date and2) have you had any problems with your V?

(If your build date is 11-30-06 or earlier, or your fail to post your build date, I will edit out your response. This thread is only for later V's. There will be another thread for the older ones.)

build date of March 07 with no problems. We've only had it a week and there's just 637 miles on it. You can be sure I'll post if anything develops.

is this in the same spot as the tire size information? Also could this be another way to check your date? If you look at different Versa's they have 2 different battery tie downs. Example:

bulld0g's versa:

My Versa:

hmm?

Edit, also the only sticker i have is the tire pressure and tire size sticker?

they did that because the CVT uses a different battery then the 6sp and ATs.

group size: CVT- 51R 6sp/AT- 35

For those who have not been able to find the production date sticker, it's where it should be but a slightly odd place.

You see where your tire inflation sticker is inside the driver's door? Follow that piece of metal towards the exterior, and look just inside the front edge of the REAR door. It is on the B-pillar's exterior, partially hidden by the rear door.

Didn't take me long to find at all.

Of course, I had to go to the dealership to actually have one to LOOK for.

I saw my old car... except with a CVT... god I miss it! (but not the car payment)

Edit: I WILL stop threadjacking my own thread...

Build Date-- 02-07Purchased-- 04-29-07Problem-- Bluetooth quit on 05-07-07. Module under back seat replaced.

PS-I know you said two things but figured maybe the problem date would be good.

No, it's in the same place on the Canadian Versa's. Look more to the outside of the car on the door post and you will find it.
