New to the forum, I'm new to changing wheels on cars.

The wheels came off from M35h, OEM part # D0300-1M025
18x8, Offset 43

Will it fit my 99 Q45 without any spacers? And what tire size should I get? I'm on stock suspension. Any advise or guidance would be greatly appreci

I would say no, 40 is stock, be ready to put spacers, but you can try it. I had 06' M45 wheels and they wouldn't fit, not even close.

I used FX45 2006 - they work great - the trouble is finding a set that is not damaged in some way. A trick if you want to buy used rims - make sure you roll them on smooth concrete and watch how they roll - if they are bent you will see it - good luck -
