Newer engine Help

[Warped]

Ok well i bought a engine that was said to be a 95 with 57k on it but there are a few added vacuum lines on it. Mine is the pic thats has the yellow/red car .The Part im talking about is right near the fuel lines.If any of you have a 96 and you look at your engine im guessing there are a few more lines there.Now my biggest ? is how do i get aroung this.Swap the whole intake manifold? or can i just plug the lines since im not using them?WHAT DO I DO .
