Newby in LA: looking to buy 2002 Q45 sport package

Car has about 90K miles.

I'm reading that this car may have lots of recalls? How do you find the recalls and how to verify that recalls were serviced?

Anyone install OEM rear view camera to existing Navigation system?

Check that the ITB concerning the throttle and ECU has been done.

Obtain the Infiniti dealer performed service history.

Verify the 3,750 OCI.

Read the sticky above on how to buy a Q45.

The camera is a no go unless you have the premium package (then you would have it) or a BSEE and some spare time.

Best thing is to get the VIN and take it to a dealership and find out the history of the car. There was a TSB around the accelerator peddal and a reprogram of the ECU. Both of these made the car much faster than it came out of the factory with.

So do that, get some pics and the price and we can help you figure out if it is worth it or not.
