newbie with questions

just wanted to say hello to everyone and ask a few questions, yes i searched but i couldnt find the answers. I just bought a 91 240sx se, and its having some electrical problems. sometimes the a/c will work, sometimes the cruise control will work, and sometimes the driverside seat belt motor will work. just trying to find out if all of these are interconnected and what i can do to fix this. also the a/c fan is not blowing on number 4 and sometimes the seat belt light on the dash will go crazy and jingle me a tune.

redo or check all the wiring seems all wires are lose

you are having some weird electrical gremlins. first step is to check your fuses and the box itself. if there is something shorting those connections the car would behave exactly as you describe.

well i checked all the fuses and the only thing i can see, there is a 15a fuse where the 10a horn fuse should be, other than that the fuses look good. also i noticed that when i push the gas from a red light, sometimes the rpm will go down like the car is stalling but then it will get back up and go. any ideas?
