Newbie with key issues

Hi all. Just got a 02 I35. Love it! My brother has a G35 and (other than using oil) it's been a good car. Replaced a cam sensor for him last year so when I got mine and had the problem I knew what it was. Issue I'm having now is the car sometimes will not start. Cranks fine but no start. Wait a few minutes and it fires up. Have codes 1610 and 1615 (wrong or not programmed key). Happens with both keys which are Infiniti keys. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what I should do to fix it. New key, reprogram old ones, or maybe receiver in car is bad? Did a search and couldn't find anything. Is the NATS malfunction lamp on during the no start condition?

I believe so. Hasn't happened to me. My fiancee drives it most of time and she mentioned an "ats" light on.
