Just wanted to say hi. I purchased a new Versa S 1.8L H/B Saturday. I work for one of the assmebly plants. Haven't figured out what I want to do to it yet beyond wheels/tires and a strut bar.

I bought the light silver. I was thinking the metallic blue, but my wife protested.

As for the fair deal... I am happy with mine. I traded in a Ford Ranger with 187k on it. They gave me blue book which I am fine with. It had a lot of problems and I feel I got the better end of the deal with it. I also work for Nissan, so I get a deal for less than retail. The dealerships here cater to us (the plant employees) very well because we bring a lot of business. So they took care of me during the purchasing process, and made sure I am happy since then.

Welcome!! I had two Nissans built in the Smyrna TN plant, a 1999 Sentra and a 2004 Frontier. I just want to thank you and all American autoworkers for building some of the best vehicles in the world, and proving that Americans CAN build decent products when the companies they work for are managed properly. I only wish my Versa was built in one of Nissan's American plants. Well, I guess I have nothing bad to say about the Aguascalientes plant, they did a damn good job on my car, but it seems the American plants are more consistent. Could you possibly get some photos of real Nissan products being built in your plant? That would be very cool!

Can I get some, yes. Can I post them, no. They would consider that industrial espionage and I would lose my job. They are very sensistive about plant pictures being leaked to the public. But if you are near a plant, they can give you a free tour.
