I'm looking into buying a 1995 nissan 240sx. It has 116k miles, they swapped it from auto to a five speed. The body is straight, no rust. Interior is in good shape. Motor is all stock except it has 3 inch exhaust running all the way through, and a cold air intake. Its got wheel spacers, slotted and drilled rotors, and it has an aftermarket body kit that would more than likely be changed if bought. The motor is an AT i think. Their asking $4500 or best offer. Im looking for a project car for my dad and i, im looking for advice and input about what you guys think about the price and liability of the car. We want a fast car, plan on putting some money into one, and maybe even drift. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

$4500 is to much

$2000-$2200 is more then enough for that car.

It really depends on what modifications you are gonna do to it. You don't want to pay for modifications that you are not gonna do like that body kit on it. I would suggest looking for another 240 but that's just me. The price is a bit high, Id say more like $3000. GO TURBO good luck with your purchase and build.

thank you guys for the input we looked at the car again to what all needed to be done i know the body kit has to go it looks goofy on the car held on by zip ties plus its got a red vinial wrap around it besides the hood and the trunk lid that would have to go for sure does not look good at all the interior is nice no rips or holes in the seating i think we might offer $1500 but will not go over $2500 and we are looking at other options also thanks again for the advice
