Hi everyone,

I recently sold my 99 Mitsubishi Eclipse and bought the '08 Nissan Versa SL.I was skeptical in the beginning when purchasing the vehicle, but 3 weeks later I'm liking it more and more. I'm just thinking about how I can tweak it up! It's a great car since I have a new-born and have more space than the Mitsubishi Eclipse. MP3 plug-in is so convenient for my iphone. Leg room is more than enough. 3 things I dislike about it is: 1) Back passenger door/window is rather akward, 2) Side mirror corner windows are unneccesary , and lastly 3) the front view looks like a f*cking Nissan Quest (almost like a Soccer-Mom mini-van...no offense .

Overall, it's a great car because it's a japanese vehicle with a reliable engine. It's not too small, not too big. Great with gas! It's a smooth ride!

I just need some toys to put in this baby. Maybe an In-Dash DVD/Nav flat panel, 17"-18" rims, body kit, muffler, etc.

If anybody have some suggestions, please reply back.

Thanks for everyone's time and glad to meet you all. Drop a line!

welcome to the forum and congrats on the new Versa! For parts and accessories, check out http://www.versaspeed.com and click on shop versaspeed. Bob from Versa Speed has just about every performance part for the V on his site, which you'll soon see isn't much.

Just have to comment on your #1. It does look a little unusual, but I love the fact that the window goes all the way down, unlike other its size I've been in. I don't have modding suggestions, though - I just use mine as very reliable and comfortable transportation!

Most likely assembled in Mexico, but parts are about 80% Japanese...

Depending on various factors (build date etc.) many of your parts are US made... I have my % sticker for the first Camel... I can try and find it and post my % of US parts vs. % of Canadian and Mexican parts.... it's mostly assembled in Mexico.

Design is mostly inspired by Renult of France. A truly global vehicle.
