Newbie Radio Question

Sorry for the double post??

QUICK QUESTION (or 2...) - Just got a 2009 Versa sedan (no radio). 1) Would it have speakers in both the front and rear doors?

2) Are all the wires already run (behind the blank panel where the radio would go)?

If I remember correctly, the car comes prewired with speakers in place - you just have to add a headunit and install it.

That would be great. So there should be speakers both in the front doors and the rear doors?

Yup - you're prewired, and there are 4 speakers in the car already.

Yup,,,just a base model (we did get a/c and an auto transmission!!). The car is the first for my 17yr old son so we went on the cheap. Perfect car for a newbie!!

We decided to go with the single CD factory radio ($250 at the dealer). Easy to install and sounds pretty good. It took us about 30 minutes to put in. I will give credit to Nissan for the pre-wire and the 4 speakers.

you should search around for a factory head unit... im sure somebody here has one laying around somewhere....
