So i looked up these wheels, def getting them..i wanted to verify size and stuff but this is what the specs are:

18x7.5J +35

what in the world does that "j" mean? is there a difference when there's a "j" and when there's no "j"?

The J and K represent the size and shape of the rim flange.

For example, if you have a rim size or 16 X 6J and 16 X 6K, In the case of a J, the flange is 17.5 mm high, where the K flange is is either 10.31mm or 10.97 mm high. Now the next question is what type tires will fit those rim. There are some tires that will fit one or the other and some that will fit both but they are not interchangeable. Hope that answers your question.
