Most of the off the shelf fog lamps are junk IMHO. They rust out quickly.

The best option is the OEM Nissan fog lamps. They fit the bumper cutouts perfectly... you just need the wiring. Some of the earlier model Rogue's came pre-wired for fog lamps. However a few members have confirmed their Rogue's did not come with wiring.

As for aftermarket fog lights, I have not had alot of luck with them. Many are cheaply made and rust out quite easily. Hella (Brand name Hella, not the Optilux series) are supposedly very good.

thanks i was leaning towarrd the oem fogs. I will probably purchase them this weekend. thanks again

Like I said, some early model Rogue's (08's?) were pre-wired for fog lights. However, it appears some of the later models did not. Read more here:

If your vehicle did not come with the wiring and are good with electrical stuff, it's easy enough to wire the necessary relay and switches. You can purchase an entire 'kit' for wiring fog/auxiliary lights from many auto parts stores. It will come with a relay, switch, fuses and wiring. Here is an example from Painless Wiring Products:
