newbie please help ( car steering issue )

[I wana 240sx]

Hey, Im a new owner of a 95 zenkei base 240sx. When I drive fast or hit a bump. My steering wheel would twist and turn on its own. A second later I can feel my front tires moving in a diff direction from the car. Its pretty scary at times. A friend with a 98 koukei said it may be a tension rod issue. Please help.

Check out the ball joints and tie rods as well as the tension rod bushings.
