What's up guys, newbie here. Proud owner of my first Infiniti! 2009 M35. Please share opinions on this particular year and model. I'm sure there's plenty of you with more knowledge with these fine machines.

I have ksport coil overs on order. Also, looking to put 19" staggered zedd cl5 wheels on her.
F: 19x8.5 +30
R: 19x9.5 +15.

Please share opinions!!

Thanks

Welcome. How much did you pay for the k-sports? If it's anywhere around $750+, you should have just gotten BC's or D2's...K-Sports aren't that good from what I've read (on many platforms).

Also, wouldn't you want the rear tires to have a different offset from the front? Otherwise they'll stick out more?

$950 for the ksports. I did research on BC and D2's. Didnt read anything good enough to beat the ksports (in my opinion). Plus I had ksports on my 93 Subaru legacy. BUT that's why I'm asking for inputs... any other reasons besides price?

And yes, rear offset aren't +30 lol typo

Do you know of pros and cons for my 09 M35?

Well, if you think it's the best product, then that's all that matters. I read the opposite about k-sports. For that same amount, I would have gotten BC's (as I had them on my previous 2007 M35x). Very few people on this forum have k-sports...there's probably a reason for that. Most of our coilover users are on BC's and if not BC's then D2's.

You should correct your rear offset so people who are good with tires and wheels can give you proper recommendations.

And what do you mean by pro's and con's for your car? Pro's and con's with the suspension? Infiniti M's in general?

Thanks! Yeah I see the BC's for the same price. You make a good point. I'll look into the BC's a little more. I can always send the ksports back to sender.

CORRECTION FOR REAR WHEEL DEMENTION: 19x9.5 +15offset.

Pros and cons on the vehicle in general. Anything I should look out for or make better.

I updated your original post.

M35's were known for having seat track issues (especially driver seat). Otherwise it's a solid car. As for making better, that's all personal taste. No one can tell you that...

Nice ride and congrats! Is the color blue slate or gray and how many miles does it have?

Those specs will have your front wheels sunk in and the rears poked out. Are you planning on running normal size tires or stretched? Either way you might want the fronts to have a lower offset to match the rears if you really want them.

I'm getting mine this week 2009 M35 RWD with 64k miles. I'm curious how much did you pay for yours, out the door price please, just a rough estimate is good. Also, you can PM me if you don't want to post it here.

Thanks.

I'll be running stretched tires. But I'm actually in search for the right rim. I was going through audiocityusa.com for the Zedds. But they just told me that particular wheel (sl5) was out of stock and that it looked like Zedd is going out of business. So it wouldn't be a good idea to get that brand wheel.

Does anyone know any other places online that have a good selection of wheels? (19")

Thanks for the info on the offsets.

Congrats! I thought the mileage on mine was awesome when I first got it (88k) but you found one better. I tried to PM you but it won't let me. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a new user?

After ALL the fees, I paid about 19k. That's with 2 year extended warranty. Sticker price was 16k. Deal or no deal?

16K not bad but adding the warranty and fees jumping to 19k, personally it is a little high and with that many miles. That's just my thought though maybe others can chime in and give some input as well.

Got mine in Sept. 08 black m35x, plain Jane, (although it does have xenon AFS headlights). $13,260.00 out the door tax in. I am in Canada as well, so I thought that I did pretty well. 87k miles on her @ the time. I did put another $1400.00 into the car for a bit of paint work and new shocks all around which I installed myself. Really like the car. Has a lot more room than my 05 G sedan sport package and is more luxurious as well.

Does any one know who makes an intake system for the 2009 M35? Dual intake system.

Your knowledge is greatly appreciated
