Hi I own a 2004 G35 and I am approaching 90k miles, I was wondering how do I tell what type of motor is installed and what type of maintenance I should be performing at 100k or now. I purchased the car used and I am not sure about the history, it idles very low and now and then hear a tapping from the drivers side of the motor, sounds a little like lifters maybe....I have done some reading on resetting the ECU and cleaning the mass air sensor along with new plugs. looking for some guidance.

This has taken me 45 seconds to find out, and 4 minutes to type up. Don't be shy, use the internet for all it's glory. :bigthumb:
