Newbie looing for VA/DC/MD Peeps

Hey everyone. I just got my 95 240sx last week. I've been salivating for one for nearly a year, and now I've finally got one. I'm trying to see if there are any other S13/S14 riders in my area that wanna meet up some time and ride. I live in Stafford VA and work up in Woodbridge. My friend has a NA Z32 and we ride around terrorizing the Honders around here. Anyways, if anyone knows of a 240/nissan/Nico/Nismo club or meets in the area, let me know. Or just reply and reprezent the DC area.

Iam from VA, but over in the Lynchburg area. I dont know how far Stafford is from there.

Stafford is exit 140 and 143 on I95. I dunno where Lynchburg is in reference to stafford. I'm about 30-45 min south of DC. Actually 30 min my driving or an hour normal people driving.

I'm from PA but I'll be driving my Nissan at VIRginia Int'l Raceway at the end of April with the Audi Club. If you're interested, they still have openings for their high performance driving school. Owning an Audi is not required..

I am in Roanoke, which is about 3-4 hours from DC. I would be down for a road trip if you got enough people together for a meet.

im going to be home in 5 weeks for the summer!!!!!!!! go MD! (haha) yea i hopefully should be doing a turbo build up this summer too. if i dont i should be doing a bunch for a NA buildup with nitrous. what do you guys have done to your cars and what years (cant remem if you already said that)

dont know how to weld but im up in northern VA, Culpeper to be exact, if you get any kind of meets started around here be sure to let me know, theres a place in Fredricksburg where alot of people meet up in a commuter parking lot on route 1, im there like every weekend looking at all the different cars and people who come out..its realy tight, yall could always come down there and check it out and we could maybe meet there and then ride around??

Hey Nissanrcer240, I'm in fredericksburg about every friday and saturday at the meet in the commuter lot off of rt208 (Courthouse Rd). I'm usually parked with a white z32, and sometimes with a white z31 turbo, red z32, red S14, and a gray S13 notchback with an SR swap. Come by and say what's up sometime. Us Nissan guys usually chill together in the lot...except for a select few that were Honda's turned Nissan's but never graduated from ricer to racer.

Where at in NC? I visit my mom down in Jacksonville once in a while. There's a lot of honda ricers down there, but there's also a bunch of fast as hell muscle cars too...

oh really?? yeah i saw the gray s13 with the s13, i think the guys name is Pheonix right, yeah ive talked to him before, i drive the blueish colored 240(in sig. \/) , i probly be there friday and saturday so i say wats up if i see you

how is the scene up in fredrick..... i would think it would be a crapload of muscle cars and its a long drive to see some 85 camero's and 83 mustangs with a bunch of people drinkin bud ice. dont mean to offend any of you but thats what i saw at 75 & 80 when i went and was really annoyed but the hot dogs were a buck so i was happy again........haha sorry just rambling

I think a VA 240 meet should be organized one day! We seem to have a decent amount of ppl in the VA area. Who knows? Choose a place in the center of VA, like richmond so no one has that far to go! Someone should organize one, maybe within in the next couple of months or something. What do you guys think?

1, maybe 2 muscles cars are all i see, theres alot mustangs and camaros sometimes but theres always more imports, i like goin up there, as a matter of fact im goin tonight....it should be pretty packed since noone realy went last night b/c of the rain. i think you wouldnt regret the drive down here, and like i said we could always meet up down here since theres already people meeting up but if yall do decide a place be sure to post it

Hey, I would be down for a meet in fred. I used to stay up that way off old church road by spotsy mall. I think I know where you are talking about on courthouse rd. I pass that on my way home, I now live in Clifton Forge, VA about 2 hours from fred if I go the shortcut by orange county on Rt. 1 I believe, so if you guys get a 240 meet count me in.

Nissanrcer, I think he was talking about Frederick MD. BTW, I didn't see ya on sat...maybe I'll catch ya another time. There weren't too many Nissans out that night at the lot. As for a VA meet, I think we should all talk to the guys at midatlantic240sx.com. I have no type of experience setting up a meet that big. Maybe we can see if they're up for a summer meet in VA somewhere. That's probably going to be the best place to get started. If we do have a meet near fredericksburg, I say afterwards we roll up to the commuter lot. This past saturday, DSMs had a meet nearby and then they rolled up with 20+ of their 1g/2g/3g dsms. I'm not a big Eclipse/Talon fan, but it was pretty impressive.

I think we could get together a little something, even if it is only like 15-20 240s that would be cool and something I would love to video and add to my achives, maybe we should get together on something in the next month or so and set something up.

yeah unfortunately i couldnt make it up there saturday due to my friends car trouble, but alot of my friends were up there you might have seen them....one was in a green hynduai sonata with 17" white rims and lowered, < thats who i was gona ride up with, anyways....im deff gona be up there probly friday and saturday thsi weekend
