My first post, I was wondering if anyone could help with a few questions...

First and foremost, I have an '06 2.5S

1. Is there any way to or product that can change the color of weather controls, window controls, and ring around the ignition? This is one thing I cant find anything about on the internet.

2. How hard is it to install something like this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...00916

Im no idiot, and I have people around me that have more than a decent experience around cars, but is this something I should just pay to have done... and if so, how much should it cost?

I hope someone can answer these questions for meThanx

Hey there - welcome to Nico!

Those guages are simple to install, with the exception of exactly recalibrating the needles on the guages. When you install a new face, the needles pop off and need to be placed back on and this can be very difficult (I found this out the hard way). Also, those guages on eBay, even thought they say 05-06 Altima, probably aren't for the 05-06 because the image shows the speedometer on the left and RPM reading on the right (it is opposite in our car).

And, the only way to change the color of all the lights you mentioned would be to dismember all those parts and replace the tiny LEDs that currently are installed - it's not worth the work, unfortunately.

Good luck with the MODs you want!

I've thought about this myself like to go with a Blue hehe blue on white lol but anyway that's as far as it got is a thought I poked around and found it to be more work then I was willing to put into it and I'd prolly mess it up anyway so then I moved on to the header lol that was quiet some time ago

IMO there are better ways to spend money and time than on gauge cluster appearance. Put that $100 towards decent wheels and tires or something less ricey.
