Hi im about to buy a 1991 nissan 240sx 5speed with 134000 miles for 1500 bucks first off can anyone tell me if this is a good deal. I am going to make it my daily driver but also is going to be my toy. Its is completely bone stock ka24de (btw its a hatchback). What is the easiest way to pull more horsepower out of this ride? What are some cheap upgrades i can do myself that wont break me or my car? and what is the difference between stage 1, 2, and 3 clutches. i just learned to drive stick and love it but i learned on a 1998 dodge neon r/t (yea i kno ) but it has stock clutch and engages very slow. what clutch should i upgrade to and what is the first thing i should do to this car when i get it. thanks for reading

STOP.

read through other posts. search through the forum. read other peoples stories and questions/answers.

stop posting stupid threads that shouldnt be here. everything you asked can easily be answered by putting some effort into searching.

^True^ look around a little bit, not just on NICO either check out google and wikipedia. We cant tell you everything, we can help you with the car but you have to be detailed and show pictures-LOOK FOR RUST: floorboards, framerails, hatch, wheel wells.

The main difference in stages of clutches is how much torque they can handle, stage I holds 280 ft/lbs stage II 350 ft/lbs etc...[just an example, each clutch varies]
