Newbie here.... need some help

My license plate light is out. I have replaced the bulbs but that didn't work so i am thinking that it might be a fuse.... However thanks to my great and detailed owners manual I have no idea which fuse to replace( I would go for the trial and error process but that is way to time comsuming). So could anyone clue me in on where to start? Thanks Ryanuts (stock 96' 240sx)

is there any other lights or any thing that doesnt work?

Take a look at your fuses. You can see which ones are burnt out and which ones are fine.
