Newbie here 2012 qx56 with 45k miles on it. I have a brake question.

Hello Everyone,

Just purchased a 2012 qx56 with 45k miles on it. I noticed some pulsating when applying brakes so after geting my oil changed and having the mechanic inspect it he told me I needed new rotors in the front. I would prefer to change them then cut them. Can you guys recommend a good rotor? Also would you guys recommend I just replace my akibonos pads with the same? Only been driving the qx56 for a few weeks so really can't share my experience with the akibinos pads. Thanks in advance!!

oem rotors are just as great as aftermarket.

if you are concerned with dust, i would just get the oem pads. they have virtually zero dust and stop just fine.
