Newbie 2006 Question

I came across what appears to be a good deal for a 2006 Touring Z, 6 speed. But it only has 15,000 mi and the price reflects that. Are there any "hidden" issues I should be aware of? I know in some cases not driving the car can be worst than racking up freeway miles...thanks in advance.

yeah an oil consumption issue...many of these models for both the Z and the G35 have had them...
